Do you confess to taping the Top 40 on a Sunday? Did you make mixtapes? Were there songs that you loved?

If you could pick three guilty pleasures, throwback tunes and dancefloor fillers for your ultimate mixtape what would they be?

The Sunday Mixtape is a free family event celebrating pop tunes from past decades in a throwback to the days of taping the hits off the radio. A bank holiday party filled with the music most likely to have been on people’s playlists, performed by live bands, DJs and tribute artists, featuring two of the greatest stars and back catalogues from Stevie Wonder and Freddie Mercury.

Have your say in what you’d like to hear. Post your top three mixtape songs to the Facebook event page or tweet us and you may get your selection played on the day. The best suggestions will be chosen by ex-Coronation Street star and DJ Dean Fagan and receive a mixtape to take home.

Expect a mini festival atmosphere with interactive games, pop up bars and food stalls in the courtyard, alongside the resident tenants to make it a fun day out.

This is a free event and visitors can just turn up on the day. For more event information on restricted items please see here.

Fast track passes with free ice cream vouchers can be pre-booked via ticketline.co.uk
