WORKSHOPS

WE'RE GOING ON A CLOTH HUNT

Pupils meet Woolly the Sheep who will take them on a fun and interactive journey around The Piece Hall looking for clues to discover the cloth making story and its local significance. They will get creative by having a go at each stage of the process and will take their creations home.

SHAPE SAFARI

This workshop takes pupils on an exciting and informative expedition exploring shape and colour within The Piece Hall. Pupils will get to grips with examining 2D and 3D shapes and learning about their properties. They will be inspired by famous artists and the architecture of the building to create their own print or collage to take home.
