Christmas Trail
Calling all young explorers! Join us for a magical Christmas adventure that will delight children and spark their festive imagination!
Help Santa recover his lost presents in this exciting Christmas challenge! Each child will receive a special picture of Santa with an empty sack. Your mission? Explore The Piece Hall and discover the 12 hidden presents scattered throughout our shop windows. Draw each present you find to fill Santa’s sack, and once complete, claim your well-earned prize at the Learning Studio!

- Dates: 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 and 22 December
- Time: 11am – 3pm
- Cost: £3.50 per child
- Includes: A special treat for every trail completer
- No need to book, just turn up! Trails can be collected from the Visitor Centre
Festive Crafts
Once you complete the Santa’s Presents Trail, head to our Learning Studio for a world of Christmas creativity! Children can enjoy a range of festive crafts, including free activities like Christmas card making and snowflake crafting, alongside additional craft options such as bauble and badge making (£1 each). Get into the Christmas spirit with the chance to create adorable pompom snowmen and cheerful gonks, or add some extra magic with festive face painting (£2.50). While crafting, little ones can also enjoy watching a cosy Christmas film, making the Learning Studio the perfect place to celebrate the festive season!
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
