- Doors open: 12midday
- Workout with Joe begins: 12.30pm
- 15 min cooldown Yoga with Lucy: 1:30pm
- Meet-and-greet with Joe: 2pm
- EvenT ends: 4pm
SESSION 2
- Doors open: 6pm
- Workout with Joe begins: 6.30pm
- 15 min cooldown Yoga with Lucy: 7:30pm
- Meet-and-greet with Joe: 8pm
- Doors close: 10:30pm
WHAT TO BRING: Workout clothes, trainers and a refillable water bottle
All ages welcome. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. This is an all-weather event.
