Have you ever wondered how Henry Moore or Barbara Hepworth created sculptures from plaster? Join artist Liadin Cooke in a special one day workshop to develop your skills in casting 3D work using plaster. Combine craft skills of weaving with plaster casting in this skills based workshop where you will create a unique sculpture to display in your home. 

Irish artist Liadin Cooke has lived in the UK since 1993. Shortlisted for the Northern Art prize in 2012, recent solo exhibitions include New Work at RAUMX, London 2017 and Nostos at noshowspace, London 2014. Her work has been shown extensively in Europe and the USA and is in private and public collections including Dublin Corporation, Camden Council and the Henry Moore Institute. She is a lecturer in Fine Art at Leeds Arts University, TESTS, an exhibition of recent works on paper, opens to the public from the 23rd March 2019 at the Dye House Gallery, Bradford.
