CAYGILL COMEDY CLUB NIGHTS
 

Catering for comedy-seekers, The Piece Hall will be running a series of Caygill Comedy Club nights in the Caygill Theatre throughout December, hosting a range of fantastic UK comedians who’ll perform hilarious shows to socially distanced seated audiences. The intimate setting and full bar will create an authentic comedy club experience, with an array of artist that will sure to leave you laughing.

Audiences are limited in numbers to ensure the event will be run with social distancing to keep you, your family, and the artists, as safe as possible.

TICKET INFORMATION

• Tickets are available for group bookings of 2, 4 or 6 people only

• All tickets must be pre-booked in advance to allow us to register audience members according to COVID-19 safety guidelines

• A £1 admin booking fee will be added per booking

Please make sure you have selected the correct date and time when booking tickets. Unfortunately, we will not be able to move any bookings after a booking has been made. Please take into consideration your availability, and any travel times that may impact on your visit as tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

• Please arrive at The Caygill Rooms from 7pm to allow sufficient time to have your tickets checked, get a drink, be seated and follow COVID-19 safety guidelines

• You will be required to wear a face covering while in The Caygill Theatre, with the exception of when seated to drink

• The bar will be open from 7pm serving an array of drinks.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

• If you exhibit any of the signs of COVID-19 before or on the day of the event you have tickets for, you must not attend the venue. Please contact the Box Office as soon as possible.

• For COVID-19 Track and Trace guidelines, the venue needs to be able to contact at least one person from each booking in case there is a need to share information with public health track & trace system.

• By law, you must not attend in groups larger than six people from different households. It is currently strongly advised by Calderdale Council that you only go to restaurant venues with people you live with or those in your support bubble.

• You will be required to wear a face covering when entering The Caygill Theatre, while at the bar and during the show, with the exception of when you are seated to drink. This is not required for children under the age of 11.

• Appropriate checks will be made on your arrival, these may include checks of your contact details, tickets and hand sanitisation. 

• The audience will be restricted in numbers. All performance spaces are large enough to accommodate the limited capacity audience and ensure each audience members or household group attending have room to observe social distancing rules.

• The team will be on hand to manage audience movement and ensure COVID-19 secure measures are being observed at all times.

 

FAQs

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive at The Caygill Theatre from 7pm to allow sufficient time to have your tickets checked, get a drink, be seated and follow COVID-19 safety guidelines. Giving yourself time to get comfortable before the show begins at 7.30pm

 

What should we do upon arrival? 

Come straight up to The Caygill Theatre, where the team will check your booking details before escorting you into the seating area. 

You will be required to wear a face covering when entering The Caygill Theatre, while at the bar and during the show, with the exception of when you are seated to drink. This is not required for children under the age of 11.

All attending must have a pre-booked ticket.

 

Where is the event taking place?

This event is taking place in The Caygill Theatre which is based in The Caygill Rooms on the top floor of the building on the colonnade level above The Trading Rooms restaurant. Look out for the team who will be located at the door.

 

What happens if the event is cancelled by The Piece Hall because of COVID-19?

The event has been designed so that it can take place safety within the local lockdown restrictions. If national restrictions change and new measures make the event unviable then The Piece Hall may need to cancel at short notice. In this circumstance all tickets will remain valid for new 2021 dates. If ticket holders are unable to attend the new dates, they will have 30 days to have their full ticket cost refunded less the admin booking fee.

 

What happens if I can’t attend because I’m self-isolating for COVID-19?

Generally our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable but we are aware that if you are self isolation because of COVID-19 you will not be able to safely attend. Please inform the Box Office at your earliest opportunity and they will be in touch to discuss ways to exchange your booking for another visit.
