Having toured the world with her saxophone performing at some of the world’s most exclusive events, festivals and nightclubs, Ellie Sax & Friends will perform live at The Piece Hall on 30 & 31 May for an incredible lockdown lifting performance!

All money raised from the event will go to Andy’s Man Club – a national charity who provide a network of free drop-in talking groups aimed at helping men open up about their mental health problems. 

Tickets for the 30 May have now sold out. Tickets for the second show on 31 May go on sale Wednesday 28 April at 10am. Members of The Piece Hall Trust will have exclusive 24-hour pre-sale access from 10am on Tuesday 27 April. 




All tickets are £10 per person

A £1 booking fee will be applied per ticket, this helps to cover administration fees so that all of the proceeds from the event go directly to Andy’s Man Club

Due to restricted numbers, there is a maximum of two tickets per order only

Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult and have a valid ticket. No under 6's will be permitted into the event viewing area

Purchasing a ticket allows you access to the event viewing area and event bar

Tickets are available online only via The Piece Hall website

All tickets must be pre-booked in advance to allow us to register audience members and manage the event according to COVID-19 safety guidelines

Tickets are subject to availability and being a member is not a guarantee of tickets



If you exhibit any signs of COVID-19 before or on the day of the event you have tickets for, you must not attend the venue. Please contact the Box Office as soon as possible.

For Track and Trace guidelines, the venue needs to be able to contact at least one person from each booking in case there is a need to share information with public health track & trace system.

Appropriate checks will be made on your arrival at the venue. These may include checks of your contact details, tickets and hand sanitisation. 

The audience will be restricted in numbers. The viewing space is large enough to accommodate the limited capacity audience and ensure each audience members or household group attending have room to observe social distancing rules. Please ensure you are aware of the COVID-19 measures and are responsible for yourself and your booking group.

Essential Information

Due to current government guidelines tickets for this event are limited

There will be a cornered off event viewing area for the ticket holders within the courtyard

The Piece Hall will be open to the general public during the event with a limited capacity across the whole site, only those with tickets will be permitted entry into the event viewing area

This event is outdoors and standing, so please wear suitable clothing and footwear

Please do not use umbrellas during the performance to avoid blocking other audiences sight lines
