The Piece Hall Members are invited to join Yorkshire Sculpture Park’s Deputy Curator, Damon Jackson-Waldock, for a tour of some of the parks current exhibitions. The day will begin with a drink and refreshments at the Visitor Centre before joining Damon for a walk across Country Park to visit Yorkshire Sculpture Park’s new award-winning building, The Weston. You will be introduced to Yorkshire Sculpture Park and be given a tour of the inaugural exhibition by Thukral and Tagra in the Weston Gallery. Along the way, you will stop off to explore Kimsooja’s installation To Breathe in the historic Chapel before continuing the walk amongst four new major open-air works by Turner-Prize winning artist Damien Hirst.

Tickets include tea/coffee and refreshments at the Visitor Centre and travel to and from Yorkshire Sculpture Park. You are advised to bring a packed lunch or may buy lunch at any of the onsite cafes.

You are welcome to buy an additional ticket for a non-member guest.


Coach pick up at The Piece Hall South Gate at 9.30am. Return coach from Yorkshire Sculpture Park back to The Piece Hall at 3.30pm.
